Aesthetic is something about which we all humans are so fascinated. We always are attracted towards beauty. The three major aspects of human life are said to be truth, God and beauty. When we humans are stressed  all we crave for is the  beauty of art, which  becomes a delight to our eyes. Hence beauty now-a-days has become one of the basic aspect of life.

10 do’s and don’ts for flawless skin

  1. Rule No. 1 (brought to you from the mines of thought)

Always remove your makeup before getting into the bed. Our skin needs to breathe overnight, but makeup hinders it, as leaving that overnight clogs the pores which may cause blemishes or blackheads. Oh, and in case you don’t have one then just put some olive oil on a cotton pad and gently massage the oil onto your face to get away with makeup and dirt. And that’s how you get beautiful skin.

Don’ts

Leaving your skin un-exfoliated.

Exfoliate your skin at least once or twice a week,  so that your layers of dead skin are removed, that will leave you with a healthy glow and a brighter skin.

You can also apply a paste of walnut in powder form with yoghurt to exfoliate your skin, as the antioxidants present in walnuts help remove dirt and promote radiant skin. And this will help your dream come true of a flawless looks

2. Sunscreens

Do’s

Make sure you apply a sunscreen with at least  SPF 15 that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. A lifetime of sun exposure causes wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems, protecting your skin under the sun is in your hands. Make sure the label reads ‘noncomedogenic’ or ‘nonacnegenic’ so that the product do not block pores. This is surely a useful skincare tip.

Skipping sunscreens

Whether it’s cloudy or cold outside (no excuses). NEVER SKIP your sunscreens, If you’re heading to a beach or reflective surfaces like snow, lather your skin up with some more sunscreen with SPF of at least 30. This will help you radiate under the sun.

  1. Eat Natural, eat healthy

Keep a note of what’s there on your plate. Eat fresh fruits, green veggies, sufficient protein and vitamins. Include vitamin C  and exclude fats and sugar in your diet, that will help you receive radiant skin. Consider a diet, which can keep in with insulin levels, allowing cells to maintain a healthy balance. Have that pink glowy cheeks which you always dreamt off.

Don’t eat spicy and fermented foods, salt, citrus fruits and fried food. Instead prefer blander foods such as rice, oatmeal and applesauce”.

Try to sleep at least 8 hours every night. If you don’t get enough sleep, your skin gets too tired and – it sags and you get bags. So don’t risk it.
